Terms and Conditions:

1. We confirm the booking once 30% of the total tour price is paid.
2. The outstanding balance should be paid (6) six weeks prior to the starting date of your tour.
3. If the final payment due will not reach us by the specified date we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled.

Penalty and Cancellations Will Be Assessed As Follows:

1. 56 – 28 days before departure commencement 50% of the total tour price
2. 27 – 21 days before departure commencement 75% of the total tour price
3. 20 - 0 days before departure commencement 100% of the total tour price.
